Contemporary kitchens may be clean and simple but dull is not a word you will use for this kitchen. Everything in this kitchen reflects personality with a lot of the owners touch.
The island offers seating and a wine fridge for when entertaining. The beam and post where wrapped in rough sawn cedar to add a look and twist. The ceiling outside the kitchen area is painted black to offer a modern look.
The kitchen window was replace with a black Anderson 100 Series twin window and we wrapped that in painted 1/4″ steel extension jambs. The extension jambs abut the Unique Callacata Quartz which sits on the Hanstone Royal Blanc Quartz tops.
The cabinets are Omega Walnut Cabinets. The appliances are a combination of Wold & Sub Zero with a Zephyr Hood.The microwave hides away inside a cabinet not to be seen. An added open shelf add some additional storage.
The Floors are Terrazzo. A lot of options were reviewed and a custom poured floor gives this space the best clean look that will last a lifetime.
